Louisiana native Spyder Broussard and Polo Grill owner Tommy Klauber brought Broussard's hometown tradition to East County at the sixth annual Spyder Broussard Low Country, East County Fish Fry & Shrimp Boil, June 29. The event, held at Polo Grill and Bar, featured live music by the Gumbo Boogie Band and a feast of shrimp, fried catfish, oysters, andouille sausages, muffalettas, crawfish corn dogs and other Cajun favorites served on newspaper-covered tables.
