A home in The Concession tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Wall and Karol Kent, of Roswell, Ga., sold their home at 8307 Farington Court to Robert Buck and Jane Nagy, of Bradenton, for $1.9 million. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 5,491 square feet of living area.
