A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week's real estate. W. Richard and Bette Waters, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the home at 6811 Belmont Court to Aaron and Courtney Kennedy, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.25 million.
