Thomas and Margaret Wiegand, of Chicago, sold two properties at 943 Pomelo Place to Nicholas and Jennifer Esposito, of Sarasota, for $4,825,000. The first property was built in 2005 and has four bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths, a pool and 5,764 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 2005 and has one bedroom, one bath and 528 square feet of living area. They sold for $1.38 million in 2020.
