Amy Katz, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 171 Whittier Drive to Rachel Lynn Kalin, trustee, of Boston, for $15.8 million. Built in 2023, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,367 square feet of living area. It sold for $13.95 million in 2023.


Bay Isles

Kevin and Nicole Glass and Jeffery Stevens, trustees, of Chicago, sold the home at 501 Harbor Point Road to Timothy and Chassidy Bello, of Longboat Key, for $7.7 million. Built in 1989, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,125 square feet of living area. It sold for $2.7 million in 2020.
