Anyone who was not still sleeping in or experiencing ringing in their ears Sunday morning probably missed the third annual Wonderball event. The high-energy electronic dance music fundraiser held Oct. 4 benefited youth education at the Circus Arts Conservatory.

Guests enjoyed a four-hour long concert complete with special effect strobes and laser lights. Paparazzi were aplenty as guests partied, danced and took advantage of every photo opportunity offered.

If you don't recognize the name Fadil El Ghoul or don't play the online game StarCraft, where he is known as Mr. Outland3R, you may know Wonderball's featured DJ by his stage name: R3hab. This global superstar and multiplatinum DJ megastar helped draw a crowd of over 700. Guests were swooning over the 39-year-old Dutch-Moroccan musician.

Chair Donna Koffman and her Vibe Tribe committee, together with staff and volunteers from the CAC including CEO and President Jennifer Mitchell, were fully present and took great care to ensure everyone had fun.

CAC performers entertained and served as a reminder that the Wonderball event fully benefits the youth education and outreach. Circus Arts Conservatory's programs impact over 10,000 students annually, which also helps to keep our community's unique circus arts thriving.
