$15.5 million estate listed for sale on Siesta Key

A Gulf-front estate in the Sandy Hook neighborhood of Siesta Key has hit the market for $15.5 million. The five-bedroom house spans more than 5,100 square feet, and the property sits on an acre with private beach access.

Among the highlights, according to a statement, are the connections between interior and exterior, with balconies accompanying each bedroom, outdoor terraces, a poolside theater, dual fireplaces, outdoor kitchen and fire pit.

The outdoor living room features a fireplace, TV, surround sound system and kitchen with Lynx grill, two-drawer refrigerator and ice maker.

Inside, the kitchen is described as a “true showpiece,” featuring Lemurian blue granite from Brazil, a wine refrigerator, convection oven, warming drawers, steamer and commercial Sub-Zero refrigerator.

Situated on an acre in Sandy Hook, the estate features private beach access on Siesta Key.

The estate is owned by Sheri Dwyer, according to Sarasota County property records. She purchased the house for $4.9 million in 2015.

Built in 2003, the estate was fully renovated and remodeled in 2019, according to a statement from Douglas Elliman Real Estate, which is handling the listing.
