Hospital Gala entertains with glamorous evening

Kicking off the new year as typically the largest fundraiser of the year, the Hospital Gala lived up to its reputation as one of the don't-miss events of the year. 

In its seventh year, the gala wowed guests with an elegant evening Jan. 6. The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota's ballroom was all dressed up with long, glitzy tables filled with fresh flowers and dramatic candelabras. 

Proceeds from the evening's event benefit critical care needs at Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Guests generously raised their paddles after the mission moment to give to the cause. 

Following dinner, guests took to the dance floor to the sounds of The Royals.
