Asolo Repertory Theatre announces new season

The Asolo Repertory Theatre announced its coming 2023-24 season during a lively Season Celebration On Stage event at the Resort at Longboat Key on March 27.

Guests mixed and mingled at the resort during pleasant social hour before it was time for the program to begin. Retiring Artistic Director Michael Donald Edwards and incoming Artistic Director Peter Rothstein started off the program before the leads and figures from upcoming productions spoke to what audiences can look forward to.

The Asolo Repertory Theatre's upcoming season is as follows: 

Crazy For You — Nov. 15, 2023 to Jan. 4, 2024

Inherit The Wind — Jan. 17 to Feb. 24, 2024

Born With Teeth — Feb. 7 to March 29, 2024

Intimate Apparel — Feb. 28 to April 18, 2024

Dial 'M' For Murder — March 20 to April 25, 2024

Twelve Angry Men: A New Musical — May 8 to June 9, 2024
