The Reiser home.
Janice and Joe Reiser are newcomers to the Key, and their home tucked back on Fair Oaks Lane still looks close to how it did when they closed in February 2019.
The home is light and airy, with glass pieces strategically placed to catch the sunlight. When they first toured the home, Janice said it had been rainy, so they asked their real estate agent to FaceTime them and do a virtual walkthrough on a sunny day, and they fell in love.
“We added a couple new rugs, but we haven’t changed any of the artwork,” Janice said.
Guests enter the one-story home through a courtyard accented by a bubbling pool. Once inside, guests are greeted with a refreshing and light entryway. Floor-to-ceiling windows at the back of the home face the golf course, where there’s plenty of seating. The Reiser home has a long kitchen with gleaming appliances and the Floridian blue-and-white color combo accentuates the lightness of the home.
