Guests usually find their seats shortly after entering the Sarasota Opera House.

But for the fourth annual Taste of Downtown event, opera staff once again changed that routine. Guests had their choice of places on stage, in the lobby or on the second floor to taste samples Sarasota's downtown restaurants.

Proceeds benefited the Sarasota Youth Opera, which performed for guests during the event.
