Sarasota football roundup: 10.27.17

Sarasota High (4-5) defeated Lakewood Ranch High 34-0. Sophomore running back Brian Battie ran for 147 yards and three touchdowns in the win. He also caught a 52-yard touchdown pass from sophomore quarterback Vincent Parisi. 

Booker High (3-6) fell 26-8 to Southeast High. Senior quarterback Jermaine Ziegler had the Tornadoes' lone score of the night, a 26-yard scamper in the fourth quarter. 

Riverview High (8-1) defeated the other Riverview High (from Hillsborough County) 41-0. 

Cardinal Mooney (3-6) fell 24-3 to Clearwater Central Catholic.
