On May 5, Tara Elementary School held a celebration of art and Asian culture,“ on what also is known in Japan as “Children’s Day.” Themed “A Knight for the Arts,” families saw Asian-inspired artwork by Tara’s students and enjoyed a buffet dinner catered by Nam Fong Restaurant and student music and dance performances.
