The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 14 and March 18.

A condominium in The Water Club at Longboat Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert and Carolyn Rogers, of Cashiers, N.C., sold their Unit 1002 condominium at 1281 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Judith Pursley and Laurence Weigand, trustees, of Ft. Wayne, Ind., for $3.21 million. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and 3,435 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.35 million in 2010.

L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club
SIGEVA Holdings LLC sold the Unit A-401 condominium at 415 L’Ambiance Drive to Salah and Maria Nafal, of Frisco, Texas, for $2,137,500. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three-and-two-half baths and 3,220 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $985,000 in 1993.

Rand and Karen Altemose, of Tampa, sold their Unit B-802 condominium at 415 L’Ambiance Drive to KKM Holding LLC for $1.5 million. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,385 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.2 million in 2002.

Queen’s Harbour
Debra and Michael Hanerty, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the home at 3588 Fair Oaks Lane to Mathias and Andrea Klein, of Barrington, Ill., for $1.59 million. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,940 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,515,000 in 2005.

Sven-Uwe Carstens, of Vienna, Austria, sold his home at 3563 Fair Oaks Lane to William and Susanne Weber, of Marion, Mass., for $975,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,544 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $563,500 in 1996.

Country Club Shores
James and Michele Captain, trustees, of Wesley Chapel, sold the home at 512 Schooner Lane to Ronald Decicco and Jean Parsons, of Englewood, N.J., for $1,475,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,668 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $465,500 in 2011.

Karen Harding, of Murrells Inlet, S.C., sold her home at 550 Birdie Lane to Damian and Cathy Bruschi, of Heathrow, for $750,000. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,759 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,000 in 1986.

The Pierre
Patti Mandel, Mitchell Rose and Randi Kaplan, trustees, sold the Unit PH-8 condominium at 455 Longboat Club Road to John Swansburg, of Prides Crossing, Mass., for $1,365,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,780 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,015,000 in 2000.

The Shore
Stephen Dull, trustee, of Guilford, N.C., sold the Unit 218 condominium at 5757 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Peter and Janice Helms, of Paupack, Pa., for $1.2 million. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,236 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $970,000 in 2012.

Tangerine Bay Club
Carlton and Linda Crenshaw, of Palmyra, Va., sold their Unit 218 condominium at 350 Gulf of Mexico Drive to TB218 LLC for $825,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,298 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2002.

Islands West
The Northern Trust Co., trustee, sold the Unit 12-D condominium at 2525 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Gino Morelli, trustee, of Clinton Township, Mich., for $760,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,468 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in 1998.

Beachplace
Beth Kainic and Debra Goldstein, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 604 condominium at 1075 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Michael Gold and Valerie Swigart, of Pittsburg, for $670,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,503 square feet of living area.

John and Catherine Tansey sold their Unit 401 condominium at 1085 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Richard and Irene Tansey, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $400,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,172 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $136,000 in 1981.

Emerald Pointe South
Salvatore and Teresa Tirrito, of Mount Pleasant, S.C., sold their Unit 3 condominium at 1905 Harbour Links Circle to Barbara and Alan Dickinson, of Longboat Key, for $630,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,376 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $582,000 in 2004.

Casa Del Mar
Dorothea Bilder, of De Kalb, Ill., sold her Unit 13 condominium at 4621 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Theresa Stephen, of Ontario, Canada, for $625,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $690,000 in 2008.

Longboat Beach House
Roland Jackson, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 201 condominium at 4311 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jesse and Nancy Vance, of Bradenton, for $575,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,293 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2013.

Windward Bay
Raymond and Julia Pipes, of University Park, sold their Unit 201 condominium at 4600 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Vincent and Lori Aversano, of E. Hampton, N.Y., for $450,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,337 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $310,000 in 2014.

Whitney Beach
Peter and Linda King sold their Unit 190 condominium at 6800 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Antonio Yemma, of Ipswich, Mass., for $330,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,377 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $285,000 in 2009.

Cabana Beach Club
Dennis and Carole Kelly, of Hamilton, N.Y., sold their Unit 10 condominium at 5851 Gulf of Mexico Drive to LB Key LLC for $210,000. Built in 1971, it has one bedroom, one bath and 684 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $122,000 in 2012.

SLAB LLC sold the Unit 303 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Henry and Dawn Duques, of Sarasota, for $1.14 million. Built in 2005, it has one bedroom, two baths and 1,855 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $845,000 in 2005.
