Cornerstone's Vacation Bible School reels in fun with science.

Eleven-year-old Andrew Brannon largely escaped the magnetic pull of science as fellow campers at Cornerstone of Lakewood Ranch linked up in a game of “magnetic” tag last week. Instead of being “out” once tagged, you linked up with the tagger and set out to catch other players.

“I got tagged once,” Brannon says.

“It’s been fun,” he says of Vacation Bible School. “I think the games were really creative.”

This year’s Vacation Bible School, which had more than 80 children, was themed “Sons Spark Labs” and included a plethora of science experiments and science-themed activities.
