For more than 30 years Dr. Lowell Lakritz has been playing a shofar for the Jewish holy days. This year he plans to perform for the congregation at Temple Emanu-El for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur with a shofar that he brought back from a trip he made to Israel during the summer.
