Guests had to work for their dinner at the St. Martha Catholic School Havana Nights Interactive Dinner Saturday, Nov. 7 at Michael’s On East.
Couples seated at the tables were each assigned a course for the meal to prepare for guests. All the dishes kept with the Havana Nights theme from the first course of Cuban seafood sofrito to dessert with coconut banana flambé.
