An NFL quarterback who has played for the Denver Broncos, New England Patriots, New York Jetts and now the Philadelphia Eagles, Tim Tebow constantly find himself in the spotlight.

But, Tebow's career in cleats, which includes a Heisman Trophy,  isn't his biggest achievement, he said.

Tebow delved into his passion for religion, helping others and (of course) football during his presentation May 15, at the Salvation Army's 2nd annual Evening of Hope event, held at Bayside Community Church's State Road 64 campus.

“I wanted to do something that impacted someone,” Tebow said. “You don’t know what saying, ‘What can I do?’ can mean to someone. Big things are possible just by stepping out and doing something for another person.”

Through the Tim Tebow Foundation and other charitable efforts, Tebow has raised millions of dollars for individuals in need, nationwide and overseas.
