Pirates score slam dunk with camp

Braden River High held the final week of its annual Summer Basketball Camp June 22 through June 25. 

Close to 60 boys and girls, entering third through ninth grade, participated in this year’s camp, which focused on helping provide players with fundamental skills to aid in their development. Players enjoyed participating in a variety of skills stations, competitions, including 3-point shooting, knockout and hotshot, among others and team games. 

Awards for ‘Camper of the Day,’ ‘Hustle’ and ‘Best Attitude’ were given out at the conclusion of each day.
