If you're up for a little piece of real Sarasota history, this is the day trip for you! Sarasota earned a lot of its fame from legendary circus king, John Ringling. Its history is intertwined with the Ringling name, as he brought so much to the area that people now come from all over the world to visit the legacy he and his family left.

In the Rosemary District, at the corner of 10th and Central sits an architectural gold mine for artifacts from Ringling properties, circus memorabilia and other trendy vintage finds. Circus City Architectural Salvage is a hidden treasure that's a treat for tourist or locals who just want to explore Sarasota — you never know what you'll find.
