The longtime debated issue of landscape within the Heritage Harbour South community may be one step closer to resolution.

At its meeting at 6 p.m., July 8, the Community Development District will present a landscape agreement to the Stoneybrook Homeowner's Association.

The groups have tried to work together on mowing the grass, trimming back the medians and other aesthetics in the community, but haven't made much headway in the past.

In a 3-2 vote at the CDD's June meeting, however, the majority of the board members moved to give a partnership another try.
