Families participate in 'food fest'

East County residents pitched in Jan. 13, at Temple Sinai, as the temple hosted its fifth Jewish Food Festival. The event is a major fundraiser for Temple Sinai.

Eventgoers enjoyed a variety of Jewish comfort food, visited with more than a dozen health vendors, shopped at various arts and craft vendors and perused a large used-book sale.
