Horseshoe Cove residents are back at it again as they gear up for their 15th Golf Cart Parade at 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 22.

A string of 45 golf carts, will take Caruso Road by storm as the group makes their way toward SR 70. Along the way, they will make pit stops to say hello to residnts at Westwinds and Windmill Manor mobile home parks.

Those in the parade transformed their carts with strings of multi-colored lights, ornaments and other decorations. Cart themes ranged from animated decorations, such as the Grinch and Mickey Mouse, to gingerbread houses and Santa's sleigh on wheels.

The group conducted a dress rehearsal Dec. 18 to showcase the event for residents in their own community, who sat in plastic lawn chairs and waved to the parade participants as they passed.

Patrons interested in watching the parade are invited to set up chairs along Caruso Road.
