Designing Daughters hosted its second annual Frozen In Time Runway Show Thursday, Dec. 5 at PNC Wealth Management. Kimi Holowiak and Ashley Dooley co-chaired the event, and Hayley Wielgus of ABC  7 Sarasota emceed.
