Fresh faces

Siesta residents now have a new place to worship on the Key. Life in the Son Ministries, a non-denominational church that opened in the spring, is currently recruiting new members.

According to the Rev. Michael Broy, attendees can expect a Christ-centered atmosphere of grace and healing, with relevant, practical teachings from the Bible. Worship music includes contemporary, celebrative praise and intimate worship. 

The church is hosting a meet-and-greet from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 27, at the Bank of America community room, 1237 Stickney Point Road, Sarasota.
