Preparations are nearing completion for the city’s newest roundabout at Palm Avenue and Ringling Boulevard.
The city is requesting bids from contractors. Those bids will be due May 17.
The current schedule has construction beginning in July and ending in October, before tourist season starts.
Next year, construction is expected on another Ringling Boulevard roundabout at Pineapple Avenue.
