County hosts budget talks

Members of the public are invited to share their priorities for Manatee County Government during a public budget hearing tonight.

The meeting, held in the first-floor chambers of the Manatee County Administrative Center, 1112 Manatee Ave. W., Bradenton, will start at 6 p.m. 

Manatee County commissioners want feedback from constituents about what tax payer-funded programs are important to them.

Two more public hearings will be held between now and September, when the final budget is adopted.
