East County youth soccer players compete in England

The Florida Alliance Soccer League finished second at the Liverpool-Knowsley International Soccer Tournament July 23 through Aug. 2 in England.

Thirteen-year-olds Liam Bramley and Christian Womeldorph competed in the Liverpool-Knowsley International Soccer Tournament July 23 through Aug. 2 in England.

The Florida Alliance Soccer League U13 teammates finished second. The FASL comprises club teams in the Tampa Bay area.

Bramley, who is eighth-grade at Haile Middle School, also plays goalkeeper for the Braden River Soccer Club.
