Horses, holly raise funds for area youth

The East County’s newest horse-riding facility, Clermark Equestrian, hosted its first Horses & Holly Benefit Gala for the Boys & Girls Club of Manatee County Dec. 11.

The event, held from 6:30-10:30 p.m., at the farm on 225th Street East, included a cocktail reception and silent auction, a musical performance by the Romanza Strings and horse riding exhibitions by Olympian Jean Luc Cornille, among others.
