Festival sARTee's kick-off hosted by Longboat Key Center for the Arts, a Division of Ringling College of Art and Design featured Inspired Journeys containing two exhibits, "Fresh Paints" and "Provocative Petticoats," and a performance by the Sailor Circus on Thursday, Oct. 6.
