A condominium in La Bellasara tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Sandra Brewster, trustee, and Thomas Brewster, of Arden, N.C., sold the Unit 403 condominium at 464 Golden Gate Point to Brian and Kimberly Pennington, Shalimar, for $2,085,000.
