David Shoemaker, trustee, Sarasota, sold the Unit 1101 condominium at The Beach Residences, 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive, to James and Misdee Miller, Lakewood Ranch, for $3.9 million. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 4,194 square feet of living area.
