David Shoemaker, trustee, Sarasota, sold the Unit 1101 condominium at The Beach Residences, 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive, to James and Misdee Miller, Lakewood Ranch, for $3.9 million. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 4,194 square feet of living area.

A condominium in Vista Bay Point tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Mark Gerszewski and Patricia Wunderlin, trustees, Sarasota, sold the Unit 602 condominium at 128 Golden Gate Point to Sandra Young and Patrick McNamee, trustees, St. Louis, for $1.149 million.
