Former Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta spoke in the Town Hall Lecture Series Thursday, March 20. Before Panetta served as the Secretary of Defense from 2011 to 2013, he was the director of the Central Intelligence Agency from 2009 to 2011 and chief of Staff to President William Clinton.
