Sarasota Bay Club condo sells for $795,000

A condo sale at Sarasota Bay Club tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 1002 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Lola Hoenig, Sarasota, for $795,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,832 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $870,000 in 2008.
