A sandwich-shop employee allowed a man to use the store's phone. The employee recognized the man, because he often hangs out in front of the shop. The phone is located near the counter, where a tip jar sits. After the man hung up the phone and left, the employee noticed the tip jar was empty.

Dec. 19 Private matter 12:26 p.m. - 6200 block of GMD. Trespassing. A man reported that a fishing boat captain docked his boat on the man's private dock and allowed his dog to relieve himself on the lawn before leaving. The captain was informed he was not allowed to walk on other people's property without their permission.
