Longboat Key home sells for $6.65 million

George and Elizabeth Tomaszewicz, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 2735 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Linda Scott, trustee of the Florida Land Trust Agreement, of Longboat Key, for $6.65 million. The sale, recorded April 28, at the Sarasota County Courthouse, marks a 2010 record on Longboat Key.
