APRIL FOOLS - A revised study by Fishkind & Associates revealed the tax base in the original boundaries for Lakewood Ranch wasn't enough to support a city. Now, a new pro-incorporation group is seeking to annex at least 10 East County neighborhoods to help balance the budget.
