Cafe L'Europe 40th anniversary luncheon

Cafe L'Europe turns 40 later this month and kicked off the celebration Thursday, Jan. 3, with an unveiling of a new "old" logo (the restaurant returned to its original font) followed by a luncheon, where guests were treated to a complimentary glass of wine.

Runners of all ages hit the beach for the Kids Summer Beach Run Tuesday, June 10, at Siesta Key Beach. The run is the first in the 10-part series and was organized by the Manasota Track Club. Participants jogged 3.5 miles along the water among beachgoers and afterwards cooled off with ice pops.
