Siesta Key home sells for $1.8 million

Brent Cooper, trustee, of Rockville, Md., sold the home at 99 Beach Road to Christy Ramsey, of Bristol, Ind., for $1.8 million. Built in 1940, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,742 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.65 million in 2009.
