Forget the one fish, two fish because Scott Dolan has opened the only fish on Siesta Key - Big Water Fish Market. The first fish market on Siesta Key hosted a grand opening on June 16 with a ribbon cutting sponsored by the Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce. The nautical-themed fresh fish and small grocery store had none-other than fresh fish appetizers for attendees to snack on.
