A condominium in Gulf and Bay Club tops all transactions in this week's real estate. James Zink, of Indianapolis, sold his Unit 302 condominium at 5790 Midnight Pass Road to Thomas and Suzanne McGee, of Kansas City, Mo., for $650,000.
