Condominium in Casarina sells for $1.59 million

A condominium in Casarina tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Evert and Evy Gustafsson, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 601 condominium at 5880 Midnight Pass Road to Wilbur and Sarah Bontrager, of Middlebury, Ind., for $1.59 million.
