Home in The Oaks sells for $1.8 million

A home in the Oaks II subdivision tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Russell and Vivian Beckwith, Osprey, sold their home at 468 Walls Way to John and Suzette Lodge, Sarasota, for $1.8 million.
