Tower Residences condo sells for $2.25 million

A condominium in The Tower Residences tops all real-estate transactions from June 13 to June 17. Michael and Karen Valentino, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 1203 condominium at 35 Watergate Drive to Sally Yanowitz, trustee, for $2.25 million. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,985 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.85 million in 2003.

2:50 a.m. - 1000 block of North Tamiami Trail. Noise Disturbance. Complainant said the pressure washers cleaning a supermarket were making too much noise. However, it's likely if the store didn't clean the store, it would probably receive complaints that it's too dirty.
