Richard and Kathryn Rosenberg sold their home at 3421 Edmondson Court to Robert Miller and Sandra Faircloth, of Villanova, Pa., for $1,610,000. Built in 1990, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,639 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,225,000 in 2001.
