On March 4, the Fat Tuesday fun took over St. Armands Circle with a Mardi Gras strut, led by the Dixieland band Joe Bruno's New Orleans Hot Dogs, the Mardi Gras king and the Sailor Circus. Entertainment continued throughout the evening with marionettes, clowns and musicians.
