Deborah Cook and Victor Cook Jr., trustees, of Columbus, Ohio, sold the Unit 2E2 condominium at 2377 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Frank and Katherine Martucci, of Ancramdale, N.Y., for $1,987,500. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,169 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,320,000 in 2005.
