A condominium in Water Club at Longboat Key tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Takako Richards, of New York, sold her Unit 307 condominium at 1281 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Thomas and Pamela Gurrentz, of Orlando, for $1.55 million.
