Rabbi Eisenstat makes a return trip to Israel

Michael Eisenstat, rabbi emeritus at Temple Beth Israel, spent three weeks volunteering in late June/early July on an Israeli military base outside of Tel Aviv, followed by two weeks at the Shalom Hartman Institute, in Jerusalem.

Cops Corner

A man reported watching occupants on a 28-foot boat called the 'Scrappy T' run into a wooden dock on the other side of the canal. The accident caused extensive damage to the dock and an underground piling.
